For the past 10 days or so we were in California. One of Chris' cousins got married so we went down for the wedding. It was a very fun trip. While we were there we went swimming in a pool and in the ocean. Aaron loved the water. At the pool, we were there for several hours and Aaron stayed in almost the whole time. He only got out when we had lunch.
At the ocean he was afraid of the waves at first, but soon got over his fear and was splashing around. The waves knocked him over once, but I missed seeing it. He also loved playing in the sand and trying to make sand castles. Sophia was afraid of the saves to when they would come in and get her feet a little bit wet but after a few minutes she loved it and would laugh whenever a wave came got her wet.
One day we went to Knott's Berry Farm. Aaron loved most of the rides. We went on one log ride and he didn't like that one very much because it had a drop in it and he got wet. But other than that, he had a great time. Chris won a giant panda bear by doing one game. The bear took up the whole back seat in our van and sheds like crazy. I don't know how long it will stay around! :)
Another day we went shopping and another day Chris helped on of his uncle's move and I helped a little bit with getting a few things ready for the wedding.
It was fun to see lots of family and to meet some of Chris' cousins that I hadn't met before. Aaron really had great time with everybody and Sophia loved all the attention that she got!

It was fun having you guys down. The kids all had a great time with Aaron and Sophia. Katelyn asked if we could go see Aaron yesterday. They are just getting use to the fact that all you guys live so far away.
