The kids and Chris had a great time this year on our trip to see family in North Idaho. We spent one day with my brothers' and their families at the beach and had dinner with them a couple of time. The kids loved spending time with their cousins who they get to see about twice a year.
We didn't see my parents at all this trip, because they are in California on a mission. It was a little weird not going to their house this year.
The rest of the time, the kids played at Grandpa Ron & Grandma Wendy's house. There as plenty of stuff there to keep them occupied, most of the time. They spent a couple of days on the lake and going for rides in the boat, they spent one day picking huckleberries and playing around the yard with games, in the sand box, on the slip & slide, going to rides on the four-wheeler, lawn mower, etc. They also had fun playing with Aunt Candace and her baby, Kyndal and with Uncle Keith & Kent. Uncle Kent and Grandpa even made them a fort in the basement out of boxes for them to sleep in! They loved that!
Everybody had a good time.
