So, when we bought the house, we had an agreement with the sellers that since they had alot of junk outside in their barn type thing, that they would have and extra 3 weeks to come and get it. If they didn't come and get it, then the understanding was that the realtor would hire a company to come and haul all the junk away for us and they would pay the bill. The 3 weeks came and went and nobody came to pick up any of their stuff. So, the realtor tries for a month to hire someone to come and take away the junk and nobody would agree to do it, but finally this week he found 2 guys who needed work and they agreed to haul everything away. After 9 1/2 hours of work (no kidding) and 4 runs to the dump they finally got rid of all the junk for us. We are so happy that it is gone! I'm glad that I don't have to look at it anymore and now Aaron can play outside without me having to worry what interesting things he may find.

Junk Be Gone
The only downside of this business deal is that the previous owners refused to pay the whole bill. They guys charged about $700 to do it and we had to pay $100 of it because some of it was our stuff that we tore out of the house (the first picture). The previous owner (wife) only paid $200 and the ex-husband who also agreed to the deal is avoiding the realtor to pay his share. So, the realtor had to put out some of his own money which totally isn't fair. He did tell us though that he will be going after the ex-husband till he gets some money out of him.
